  • Same issue here. I must have tried over 20 times with different browsers, but I wasn't able to place the order. No error message appeared; it just wouldn't go through. There is no number to call, so I take this is a sign that I don't really need the item after all.

  • Yep having the same problem. Freezing when the payment selection comes up. Tried several times as well.

    ME TOO!  I HAD AN ORDER FOR NEARLY $3,000 DOLLARS AND THE DARN THING WOULD JUST KEEP LOOPING AND LOOPING.  I FINALLY GAVE UP AND DECIDED TO USE A DIFFERENT EMAIL ADDRESS THAT I RARELY USE AND IT DID IT AGAIN.  I SENT CUSTOMER SERVICE A FEW TICKETS, BUT IF YOU ALL EXPERIENCED THE SAME THING, I DOUBT THEY KNOW HOW TO FIX IT.  IT IS SUCH A SHAME BECAUSE THE TESTIMONIALS ARE GREAT AND I LOVE ERIK AND ELISA.  GOOD LUCK TO ALL OF US GETTING OUR ORDERS IN.
